THE OPPORTUNITY

At Noetik, you will work alongside a highly technical interdisciplinary team working on hard and impactful problems. We are looking for folks that are excited to engage deeply and also bring an immense urgency to make an impact.

This is a hands-on role responsible for managing Noetik’s internal IT systems, office infrastructure, and lab technology environment. You’ll ensure our scientists and engineers have reliable hardware, networking, and systems to do their best work while helping us scale our infrastructure as the company grows. Another component of this role will be managing tracking and contracting for our cloud infrastructure including GPU clusters, in collaboration with the Director of Engineering and CTO. This role reports to the Director of Engineering and will closely collaborate with the Lab, Engineering, and Operations teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage office and lab IT infrastructure including networking, AV systems, and workstation environments
• Administer and support Windows-based lab machines and internal systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and system issues for onsite teams
• Own IT operations for both onsite and remote employees, including employee onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and SaaS administration
• Track and manage company hardware assets and device lifecycle
• Manage telecom services and vendor relationships (e.g., Verizon business account)
• Help coordinate and track GPU compute usage across external compute providers
• Identify opportunities to automate IT workflows and improve internal systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in IT systems administration or infrastructure support
• Strong networking fundamentals and experience managing office IT environments
• Experience supporting Windows workstations and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Familiarity with SaaS administration and identity/access management
• Experience with administration of Mac machines for individual employees and Google suite
• A hands-on problem solver who enjoys supporting both people and infrastructure
• Role is onsite Monday - Friday

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, or NeoClouds)
• Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Experience supporting lab environments, AV systems, or physical infrastructure
